2000 ZX9 tail section - Did not make it around a corner at 50, The bike went up hill through the woods and back down. Everything was damaged except front fender - Cost to Fix $1000 (entire bike). This was not a fastback when we got it, but we modified the tail section to make it so one.

A previous owner of this VTR 1000 chopped off the ears in order to make room for his raised clipon's. The buyer wanted us to paint the bike silver & make the ears look stock.

There are some parts that are as expensive to fix as they are to replace. But sometimes a replacement can not be found, or the part needs to be customized.
This is a Belly Pan from a 1987 FJ1100, the stock exghaust had burned through on both sides. The owner could not find a replacement and a new one would have melted in the same way.

This is what happens when you do not replace the heat shields on your panels when they fall off or come un-glued over time. The part was distorted by the heat. We cut out the damaged area and welded in new plastic to replace the melted plastic. This was also done as a partial repair to save the decals on the side panel which were expensive, we painted the lower half of the panel and then cleared the entire part, The customer saved about 50 percent over the cost of buying new

This 1984 Honda Gold Wing's Front Dash was damaged along with the rest of the bike when it ran off the road.

A broken Ducati side panel, the bike was knocked over, the turn signal damaged the fairing. We can also supply decals for most of todays bikes. The average savings on Ducati parts is about 50 precent off of dealer even after you figure in the shipping costs.

Can We Save Decals??? Yes we can, this F2 front cowel came to us with the ear broken off and broken in half. We did this because the customer was more worried about the extra $100 in new decals VS. keeping his old decals with the few imperfections he already had.
